PRIMARY PURPOSE: Housby is seeking a highly organized and diligent Territory Coordinator to join our Online Sales team. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with holding yards and equipment contacts in their assigned area.

EXPECTATIONS:

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Coach existing holding yards in order to better saturate territory map.
  • Ensure that holding yards understand Housby Programs and ensure that units are processed in a timely, consistent, and satisfactory manner.
  • Work with Housby's Inventory Manager to arrange a third-party or Housby staff inspection when pictures/specs cannot be completed by a holding facility.
  • Serve as lead in troubleshooting any issues that arise from the consignment of a unit to pick-up of the unit by the buyer post-sale.
  • Follow up with holding facilities to ensure prompt pick-up of unit's post-sale.
  • Work closely with dedicated Account Coordinators to communicate navigation of units that are in process.
  • Seek out additional holding facilities/service providers to help grow Housby's coverage area.
  • Travel to designated holding yards in order to build relationship and ensure the facilities' standards and practices are meeting expectations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all Housby affiliated holding facilities/service providers, along with internal team members.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

  • Highly organized and results driven.
  • Proficient with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and be self-motivated.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

  • Oral communication over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to view a computer monitor.
  • Sitting and standing for long periods of time.
  • Alpha/numeric keyboarding.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • The work environment for this position can be varied, due to the differences in our work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic and outside weather conditions.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
