Our client, a growing Beauty and Skincare brand is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join the team! Looking for an analytical self-starter with strong attention to detail, who will play a crucial role in optimizing customer acquisition across various digital channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience on our DTC site, driving growth and success for our e-commerce business.
Responsibilities:
- Own and improve the performance of digital marketing channels with agency partners for execution
- Collect, analyze, and derive actionable recommendations from digital marketing data
- Measure and report on digital campaign performance
- Develop strategies for digital demand growth
- Oversee paid media ad development, testing, and analysis
- Collaborate with the creative team for copywriting and graphic needs
- Manage website operations on Shopify Plus platform (product page creation, landing page updates)
- Assist with onsite merchandising including promotions setup and updating content
- Monitor site for bugs/issues; partner with cross-functional teams for resolutions
- Proactively optimize product discoverability and conversion rate through data-driven insights
and A/B testing
- Stay updated on latest technology trends in ecommerce and apply knowledge accordingly
to optimize conversion rates across all platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing or Ecommerce roles
- Strong knowledge of Ecommerce best practices for creating exceptional customer experiences
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data sets to make strategic recommendations
- Experience optimizing conversion rates based on understanding of online shopping experiences
- Proactive problem-solving skills, identifying areas for improvement and anticipating issues
- Strong organizational skills, able to work independently or collaboratively
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to tackle tasks big or small
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Familiarity with GA4 and Triple Whale data platforms a plus
- Agency experience a plus
