We are looking for our next great property manager. The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of homeowner associations
  2. Coordinate with the homeowners, board members, and vendors to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with HOA rules and regulations
  3. Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents for board meetings and homeowner meetings
  4. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for common areas, amenities, and individual properties within the community
  5. Assist in conducting property inspections and enforcing HOA rules and regulations
  6. Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries and requests for assistance
  7. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting HOA management
  8. Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
  9. Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
  10. Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases
  11. Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
  12. Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction

Qualifications

  1. 2-3 years of experience in property management or related fields, with a focus on homeowner association management
  2. Strong understanding of HOA governing documents, including bylaws, CC&Rs, and rules and regulations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with homeowners, board members, vendors, and other stakeholders
  4. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  6. Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service
  7. Basic understanding of MS Office
  8. Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
  9. Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends
  10. High School Diploma or GED required

Compensation

$52,000 - $56,000
