BASIC PURPOSE:

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing a team of Recruiters and oversee the end-to-end process of sourcing, evaluating, and placing candidates into suitable job positions with client organizations. The Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting talented individuals with job opportunities while ensuring that the needs of both candidates and clients are met.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and achievement of recruitment targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and fill job openings within established timeframes.
  3. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements, including job specifications, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  4. Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and our agency's candidate database.
  5. Review resumes, applications, and portfolios to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for various positions.
  6. Conduct thorough candidate interviews to evaluate technical expertise, soft skills, and alignment with client needs.
  7. Coordinate client interviews and manage candidate feedback, ensuring a seamless communication process between clients and candidates.
  8. Oversee the negotiation of employment terms, salaries, and contract agreements between clients and candidates.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress and support reporting.
  10. Stay current with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
  11. Foster and maintain relationships with client organizations, building a strong network to anticipate and address their staffing needs.
  12. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards in all recruitment activities.
  13. All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years prior experience in recruitment for various healthcare positions.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Experience in the staffing industry, specifically healthcare, home health and/or direct hire preferred.

  • Proven track record of managing successful recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing methods, recruitment strategies, and staffing industry best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing and developing a team of recruiters to drive productivity and success.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to staffing and recruitment.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Some college in related field preferred.
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.


Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
