Compensation: $50 - $52 /hr (USD)

About the Job

Overview:

1. Ensure effective service management and support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.
2. Ensure continual knowledge management.
3. Adhere to organizational guidelines and processes.
4. Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in Starburst Presto Application administration.
5. Basic knowledge of Azure, AKS - Azure Kubernetes services, and Docker.
6. Experience in converting business requirements into technical concepts.
7. Good knowledge of ITIL framework & service management.
8. Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
9. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those.
10. Analyze data and present findings through reports that aid decision-making.
11. Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timelines to accomplish tasks.
12. Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models.
13. Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations.
14. Design, develop, test, and deploy scripts and perform detailed analytics.
15. Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems.
16. Create customized charts and calculations as per requirements.
17. Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs.
18. Perform SQL querying for best results, using filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
19. Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions.
20. Build good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues.

Mandatory Experience:

1. Perform support based on established best practice methods of project operations guidelines.
2. ITIL fundamentals.
3. Service management.
4. Good communication skills.
