Role Overview:
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for inspections, training, scheduling, delivering supplies to accounts, and occasionally filling account posts for specific shifts. The role involves collaboration with MSS, CSM’s, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors to manage schedules and oversee Special Response Officers.
Performance Metrics: The Field Service Supervisor is expected to achieve the following metrics:
- 100% of shifts covered by qualified personnel
- Personnel inspections and training during the responsible shift
- Personnel recruiting to ensure full staffing levels
- Recruit a minimum of one new supervisor annually
- Develop one Special Response Officer for promotion annually
- Become proficient in all company software systems
- 100% compliance with GardaWorld Mandatory Requirements
- Lead by example of living up to GardaWorld Values
Personal Characteristics: High Integrity, Servant Leader, Hands-On Leader, Financially Prudent, Detail-Oriented, Thick-Skinned, Fun.
Your Background:
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- 2 years security officer experience/security lead
- 1 year scheduling experience
- Prior or current Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections experience is a plus
- Active CA. Guard Card required
- Must have an active DL and be able to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR)
