What is the Opportunity?

The Senior Product Manager Daylight Overdraft Limits is responsible for managing the credit funded service for our US Cash Management Business. The candidate would work in an Agile environment, helping to transform the corporate cash management offering among cross-functional partners ranging from technology, product, operations, credit risk, and other functional/enterprise partners.

The right candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work with a myriad of cross-functional teams, excellent listening skills and be goal oriented in a fast-moving environment focused on the client experience. The candidate should be able to look at the experience from an end-end perspective and focus on delivering a Simple, Transparent, Actionable and Real-time solution.

LOCATION: POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN JERSEY CITY, NJ OR TORONTO.

What will you do?

  • Execute on the vision and strategy for our Daylight Overdraft Limits and Overnight Overdraft capabilities to support the USCM business.
  • Collaborate with other product and technology partners to prioritize and drive solutions to market.
  • Work directly with Enterprise partners to ensure internal requirements and regulations are adhered to.
  • Partner in designing the operational processes to support the DOL services to meet internal and client needs.
  • Focus on automation and simple solutions to deliver an efficient experience.
  • Define and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Review test plans to ensure thorough validations and sign-off on test completion related to DOL solutions.
  • Review solutions with senior management, compliance, and legal teams.
  • Work with internal partners to set priority, detail solutions, and review with stakeholders.
  • Define internal product communications and ensure terms and conditions are adhered to.
  • Additional responsibilities may tether into other product arenas as needed.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience in a corporate banking environment and ability to determine how other products and services impact both DOL and Overnight Overdraft.
  • General knowledge of credit funded services.
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables based on Agile methodology to meet timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills ranging from high-level to detailed perspectives.
  • Keep a keen focus on the client experience to deliver best-in-market solutions.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position in the United States is US$150,000 - US$200,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
