General Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving profitability.

Duties:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
2. Supervise staff and provide training as needed
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
4. Oversee food production and quality control
5. Handle inventory control and ordering supplies
6. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
7. Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in restaurant management, including casual dining, catering, and fine dining
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
3. Proficient in cash handling and inventory control
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
