Job: Sr. Engineering Manager

Location: Del Rio, TX

Responsibilities:

• Oversees a team of 70-80 engineers (ranging from Process Engineers, Tool and Die Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Maintenance Engineers and members of the Metrology team)
• Coordinate with customer to make sure expectations are being met
• Inspire team to make proactive improvements on the manufacturing processes in play

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field)
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Lean Six Sigma (preferred)

Compensation : (DOE) $160,000-$180,000
