The Parlor Manager will be responsible for the operations in the milking parlor to provide the highest possible care for the goats, employees, and the farm. The position includes all aspects of milking operations including: milking the goats; sanitation of the parlor and related parlor upkeep tasks; scheduling and managing the milker team; and, also serving in a milker role.
