Location: LA HQ in Beverly Hills. Monday-Thursday in office, Friday WFH
Experience: 2+ years full-time working experience (outside of internships) in beauty influencer marketing. Must have agency experience and currently live in LA.
Who should consider applying?
- Knowledge of the beauty influencer and events landscape and industry trends
- Possess manager, agent, and direct beauty influencer contacts
- Hands-on experience supporting 360 influencer and experiential campaigns
- Strong at influencer partnership logistics including content briefs, tracking deliverables, invoicing and reporting
- Proficient in using influencer marketing platforms, analytics including EMV reporting, and google suite
- Proven ability to project manage, multitask, and execute while maintaining composure in a very fast-paced environment

General Responsibilities
- Support influencer marketing, VIP relations and events across brand accounts
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns including seeding and partnerships
- Ideate and support the production of experiential activations
- Assist with budgets, invoicing, and payment coordination
- Presentation decks and recaps
- Client communication
- Analytics reporting and recaps
- Provide daily support with multiple clients while consistently delivering top-quality internal and external communications
- Meet deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
