One of the drivers of growth will be in our private client team, and we are recruiting an experienced solicitor to play a key role in growing our team and attracting an increased proportion of instructions from existing clients and/or referrals.
The focus of the team is to provide a high level of client care to high net worth clients in an efficient and profitable manner. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work as a team member either remotely or in the office. A strong desire to embrace new technologies and a STEP qualification would be highly desirable.

Key Tasks:
- The role will involve providing inheritance and lifetime planning advice. This will include drafting Wills including those incorporating discretionary and life interest trusts; advising on inheritance tax planning; the creation and administration of trusts; the preparation of LPAs; advising attorneys under LPAs in their role; Court of Protection applications including Deputyship Orders; and advising on mental capacity and advice in relation to care fees.
