Responsibilities
- Inbound lead qualification: identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.
- Outbound lead generation: generate new business opportunities using scaled outbound efforts.
- Initial calls: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, answer their questions, and collaborate with Account Executives on next steps.
- Building: work with leadership to refine processes and explore new avenues for growth.
Requirements
- Experience: prior work in sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven: highly motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — comfortable with some level of ambiguity.
- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and a willingness to support other team members.
