Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals, driving revenue growth in the merchant acquiring sector.

? Recruit, train, and mentor a talented sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

? Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights to expand our client base and enhance service offerings.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored payment solutions that drive their business success.

? Monitor sales performance metrics, analysing data to refine strategies and improve overall team effectiveness.

? Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

? At least 15 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in merchant acquiring business development. Proven leadership experience in building and managing teams.

? Deep familiarity with payment solutions, technologies, and market trends, with the ability to articulate their value to clients.

? Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets in a competitive landscape.

? Strong leadership capabilities to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

? Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends and sales data, making informed, strategic decisions.
