Coastal Community Builders, Inc is looking for a strong, experienced Construction Project Manager to manage and guide the development of assigned projects, as well as be responsible for the development and supervision of our team of Project Manager Assistants and Interns who work directly with Entitlements and Contracts during the bidding process.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Successfully navigate the permit process to establish the development rights for parcels of land
  • Develop & monitor project schedules and timelines for predevelopment, design, entitlement and construction
  • Monitor quality and compliance with contract documents
  • Work with the Contracts and oversee the bidding process
  • Review reports from varied consultants (waterproofing, structural, architectural, environmental surveys, etc.)
  • Manage contracts/billing to meet budget numbers
  • Oversee consultants to coordinate final approvals by public agencies
  • Oversee Superintendents/Laborers/Subcontractors to ensure they are meeting schedules and contract requirements
  • Travel to job site(s) required



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience as Project Manager or Superintendent in Construction industry MANDATORY
  • Entitlements experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred
  • Extremely organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Excellent computer software program skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, American Contractor, Sage and Pharaoh

Salary: $65,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience.
