The studio offers wigs, toppers, prosthetic hair systems, and traditional salon services for clients natural hair. We are a small team of 3 full time stylists, one salon manager, and the owner, who is on site daily. We truly change lives each day by supporting women, teens, and children dealing with hair loss.

Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Salon Manager at Elan Hair Studio - Houston in Houston, TX. The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. The salon is open Tuesday - Friday and Wednesday - Saturday alternating weeks.
Qualifications
- Experience in salon management or relevant field such as medical spa or medical/dental
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping others
