• Technical sales support
• Quote creation
• Order processing
• Maintaining contact with sales reps and vendors to answer inventory & shipping questions
• Analyzing and approving new material contracts
• Other tasks as assigned by the purchasing and inventory team

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• 2-3 years experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or customer support
