Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a candidate a customer service role out of Las Vegas. This role is you will be working Sunday-Thursday 4 PM-12:30 AM PST; and you must be bilingual both written and verbal in English and Japanese. you will be working remotely for the most part, but out client would like for you to be located in Las Vegas. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Japanese, with experience in sales and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assisting with troubleshooting. You will also play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and onboarding through proactive outreach and relationship management.
