Position Overview: You will work with the Executive team to execute and support all partnerships, both marketing and operational tasks. Your goal will be to ensure that these collaborations generate significant revenue and ROI. This role demands a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills to deliver high-impact sponsorships that align with our brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sponsorship strategies that align with our business goals and brand values.
- Manage all aspects of sponsorship partnerships, including contract negotiation, asset creation, and benefits delivery.
- Tailor partnership engagements to meet the specific needs of partners, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term relationships.
- Creative Direction:
- Lead the creative decision-making process for sponsorship campaigns, working closely with internal and external teams to produce compelling assets across various media channels.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and resonate with the target audience.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Implement an organized and effective project management approach to track multiple deliverables across multiple partners with tight deadlines and stakeholder dependencies.
- Ensure the fulfillment of all sponsorship agreements, including event activations, digital content, and branding opportunities.
- ROI Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of sponsorship initiatives, using data to optimize future partnerships and maximize ROI.
- Prepare detailed reports on sponsorship outcomes and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Event Coordination:
- Oversee the planning and execution of sponsor-related events, such as product launches, VIP receptions, and brand activations.
- Ensure that events deliver value to sponsors and enhance their engagement with our brand.
- Management:
- Grow and lead the team responsible for offline marketing campaigns and sponsorship partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or brand management, with a strong track record of driving revenue through sponsorships.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong creative acumen and experience in leading the development of marketing assets.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with ROI reporting.
- Experience in sports and/or music sponsorships is a plus.
