Financial Sales Trainee

As a Financial Representative Trainee, you'll undergo a comprehensive program to develop skills for selling Individual Insurance products and building a sustainable financial practice. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support to run your own business and build a rewarding career.

What We Offer:

• Hourly Wage: $18.29/hour during the trainee period
• Promotion to Financial Representative with a $36,000 annual base plus unlimited monthly sales incentive
• $1000 bonus after successful completion of trainee period and promotion

What You'll Do:

• Participate in a comprehensive program to develop skills for providing financial advice
• Gain direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products
• Cultivate prospecting skills through networks, events, and social media
• Acquire in-depth understanding of product offerings
• Oversee completion of content, proposals, and paperwork
