Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst. This role supports the Inmate Tracking (ITS) and Inmate Records (IRIS) systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead business analysis and technical integration for ITS and IRIS projects.
2. Collaborate on interface design, data compliance, and security implementation.
3. Support user training, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.
4. Guide and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

Skills Set:

1. Education: College degree in Information Technology or seven (7) years of relevant work experience in the area of business analysis, with two of those years must include work experience in the role of a senior business system analyst.
2. Experience: 7+ years in business analysis, with 2+ years as a senior analyst.
3. Certification: Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CBDA, CPRE, BPA, AAC.
4. Industry Experience: Experience in Public Safety and Justice projects.
5. Skills: Strong skills in data analysis, system integration, and project management.
