Qualifications:
Must possess a valid HHA / PCA certificate in New York State.
Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain them (physical within the last year).
Residence in Riverhead, Shirley, Mastic, or Moriches required.
Drivers with a valid driver's license are encouraged to apply.
Details:
Serving concierge cases for high-end, private-pay clients.
Flexible scheduling options: full-time, part-time, and per-diem.
Weekly paycheck every Friday (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check).

Sick time allowance – up to 56 hours per year based on hours worked.

Tasks & Duties:
ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).
IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living).
Potential delegation of activities under RN supervision.
