Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. You will be joining our team to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot software solutions. This is a permanent role where you will utilize your skills in API Development, J2EE - Java 2 Enterprise Edition, Visual Basic .Net (VB.NET), and HTML.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic and cloud-based SQL database models.
- Design, code, test, debug and document high complexity, significance, and risk software applications.
- Contribute to business enhancement requests, requirements, interdependencies, potential risks, workflow analysis, and functional specifications.
- Handle all application configuration changes to improve data quality.
- Serve as the point person for integration with other platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on issues, configuration changes, and new functionality related to applications.
- Collaborate with IT help desk to ensure front-line support and user community have access to resources and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in API Development.
- Should have a strong understanding of J2EE - Java 2 Enterprise Edition.
- Experience With Visual Basic .Net (VB.NET) Is Required.
- Knowledge of HTML is essential.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Developer in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
- Should have a degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Should have a strong attention to detail and quality.
- Must be willing to continuously learn and stay updated with latest industry trends.
