Role Scope & Expectations:
The Offer Execution Specialist within the Services Category team will report to the Manager of Lifecycle Services Offer Execution within North America market, reporting into the Workplace Solutions (WS) organization. This is an individual contributor role with focus on Renew/Sustainability solutions within the lifecycle services portfolio with accountability to work across channel while contributing to direct routes-to-market. The individual will drive execution of programs and initiatives within the market working collaboratively with the WS offer execution team, WS business management, the global WS business unit, and channel sales and business development teams. They will work with the market team to execute programs, enable sales, and execute all tactical activities. The role also requires support of P&L management, KPI monitoring, and participation in demand planning. Through this position, the individual is expected to routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives while representing the team at senior levels.

  • Contributes/Leads in defining N.A. Portfolio & Market Enablement strategy and business plan to drive growth and profitability.
  • Drives activities that have significant impact on North America growth of specific WS Product Lines.
  • Demonstrates ability to execute to drive results within identified channel partners and segments for Renew/Sustainability offerings.
  • Establishes a superior understanding of Renew/Sustainability solutions, business management, and sales challenges and strategies.
  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPI) and sales performance to identify area of improvement and actions.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Work collaboratively with the Center of Excellence (COE) to support the channel sales and Services business development teams, as well as end user sales teams where necessary.
  • 4P Plan Development and Execution of initiatives to spur growth and attain sales and margin goals.
  • Oversee functional responsibilities in dependent areas such as market analysis, marketing engagement, and operational execution.
  • Focus on channel-specific sales engagement while enabling HP end user sales.
  • Offer enablement, prioritization, and segmentation.
  • Training and Enablement to educate sales.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to enable effective communication internally and externally; excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills - both F2F and virtual. Ability to simplify a complex message to drive knowledge retention and application in a sales role.
  • Problem solving ability is developed with ability to lead and inspire teams under pressure situations, exercising independent judgment.
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.
  • Robust understanding of Channel go-to-market strategy and environment.
Education and Certifications preferred:
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
The base pay range for this role is $120,850 to $ 186,100 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
