Salary: $230,000 - $265,000 per year

Day-to-day responsibilities and requirements include (but are not limited to) the following:
- 3+ years of legal experience focused on joint real estate ventures
- Experience drafting and revising complex real estate limited liability company and partnership agreements
- Strong knowledge of and experience with title + survey review
- Hands-on experience with sale transactions, closing purchase and sale engagement
- Deep, organic interest + fascination with joint ventures
- Experience working with an AmLaw 200 firm is a HUGE plus
- Barred in State of CA
- Able to work four days per week in-office (SF, LA, OC, SD)
