Job Summary:
As an Area Sales Manager at TheKey, you will lead strategic growth initiatives, build strong partnerships with operations and sales teams, and drive performance in the field. You will coach and mentor the sales team, conduct performance assessments, and ensure we surpass growth targets. You'll guide the team in targeting ideal clients, streamline client acquisition and retention, and collaborate on strategic goals. Utilizing CRM systems and data analytics, you'll foster a positive, inclusive culture while generating reports on sales performance and market trends. Engage with local communities, support cross-functional initiatives, and pursue professional growth opportunities to enhance TheKey's brand and services.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and guide the area sales team in promoting TheKey's services, focusing on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Accompany HCLs on sales calls, providing real-time feedback and support to drive performance and improve client engagement.
- Recognize and nurture high-potential individuals within the team, offering comprehensive support in onboarding, training, performance enhancement, and career progression.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Represent the sales division in strategic meetings, aligning field sales activities with broader organizational goals.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities, leveraging data analytics to inform strategies.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence within the sales team.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities, providing insights to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance TheKey's brand presence.
- Pursue ongoing professional development and participate in relevant training programs supported by TheKey.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the home care or healthcare industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on field-based coaching and development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Additional Information:
This position requires a high level of field presence, with frequent travel within the designated area. The Area Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving TheKey's growth and maintaining its reputation as a premier service provider in the home care industry.
This will be covering Greater San Diego, Palm Desert, Orange County and Riverside Territories.
Salary Range
$120k-$140k + Bonus
