Job Details:
We are seeking a high-performing and dynamic Permanent Aerospace Program Manager for our Manufacturing division. This role is designed for an individual with a deep understanding of the aerospace industry and a proven track record in program management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of our aerospace programs, from initial conception through to completion. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the aerospace program, including design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
2. Develop and implement program management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
3. Coordinate and integrate activities across multiple functional lines, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
4. Develop detailed program plans, including resources, timeline, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.
5. Monitor and control program scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality in accordance with contractual requirements.
6. Manage program stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
7. Lead the identification and resolution of technical and business issues across multiple projects to ensure effective resolution.
8. Prepare and present program status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness of the program management process.

Qualifications:
1.. Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
2. Familiarity with aerospace systems, regulations, and standards.
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and with high quality.
4. Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
7. Proficient in program management software and tools.
8. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
