Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing industry, focusing on clients in banking, appraisals, and related sectors.
- Territory Management: Oversee and strategically expand the company's presence in a designated territory, demonstrating success through measurable increases in production and market share.
- Cold Calling: Proactively engage in cold calling to generate leads, build relationships, and secure new business partnerships, showcasing a track record of aggressive outreach efforts.
- Performance Metrics: Highlight achievements in increasing production and exceeding sales targets, providing tangible examples of revenue growth and client acquisition in previous roles.
- Professional Representation: Present the company's services in a polished and professional manner, exhibiting strong communication skills and the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Tenacity and Persistence: Showcase a relentless drive to succeed, with a focus on overcoming challenges and objections, demonstrating a history of persistence and tenacity in pursuing professional goals.
- Dedicated Workspace: Maintain a dedicated and organized workspace conducive to productivity, ensuring optimal focus during working hours.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the staffing industry - MANDATORY.
- Proven success in increasing production and expanding market share.
- Excellent cold-calling and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated tenacity, persistence, and a competitive spirit.
- Recruiting experience preferred.
