Desired Qualifications:

• Preferred: RN background so this person can have clinical oversight. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, ASC or ASC Administrator. Is collaborative with the clinical team.
• 3-5 years of ASC management experience.
• Previous experience building up an ASC from the ground up including building the clinical support team, building the compliance program, building the culture, and scaling everything from the ground.
• Strong leadership skills. Is decisive and can quickly make decisions and move decisions forward.
• Can deal and be comfortable with ambiguity of the role.
• Experience being a culture builder and unifying a team.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree (Strongly Preferred)
