Job Requirements / Description

Responsibilities

  • The SDR team will grow our customer base in key industries by qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Hire, build and grow an exceptional SDR team located in Chicago that will deliver qualified leads to boost and complement our sales pipeline.
  • Coach the SDR team to communicate the value of HERE Technologies to key industries via use cases and products.
  • Manage productivity, performance and adherence to processes/methodology for the current team in place.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by providing coaching and development opportunities to individual SDRs.
  • Lead by example - The SDR Manager must be willing to pick up the phone and coach reps on how to set and win appointments.
  • Encourage a growth mindset and create a collaborative space for the SDR team to share their ideas and perspectives.
  • Celebrate successes and offer constructive feedback in a supportive and encouraging manner.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where team members feel valued and supported.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to understand and align SDR priorities accordingly and keep a #WinTogether mindset.
  • Leverage world-class technologies, such as Salesforce CRM, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Encourage open communication, feedback, and collaboration among the SDR team.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making to ensure the continuous improvement of the SDR team.
  • Lead target setting and planning.

Qualifications

  • You have outstanding leadership, analysis and qualification skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to perform.
  • You have experience with Salesforce CRM or similar solution.
  • You have strong organization and time management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You're detail-oriented and analytical, with an ambition to thrive in a high growth environment.
  • You have a thorough understanding of pipeline generation through outbound prospecting techniques.
  • You have 5+ years of success hiring, training, and managing a team of SDR/BDR, or inside sales professionals in B2B SaaS/IT/Technology company in the US.
