DATA ANALYST ACO

Job Description:

The Data Analyst is responsible for implementation, maintenance, and coordination of data management software (currently Crimson) for data aggregation, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating timely data submission, ensuring data integrity, developing projects, reports, and presentations, generating reports, providing system training to staff, and supporting staff in system use. The Data Analyst extensively uses database technologies to transform data into consistent formats for dashboards and reports. Additionally, provides process-specific computer training to promote efficiency.

Your Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of three (3) years in healthcare informatics with progressive leadership responsibility

• Develop and produce financial reports periodically and ad-hoc for Care Navigation Staff and physicians.
• Coordinate and maintain data aggregation and integrity for Crimson submissions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports for MPCACO Staff and physicians.
• Provide system training and support to staff.
• Distribute reports on Sharepoint and other portals, establish operating practices, and maintain service quality.
