Teller Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers and address their questions, concerns, and account-related issues.
- Cash Management: Ensure accurate cash drawer operations and maintain proper documentation for all cash transactions, balancing your drawer at the end of each day.
- Transaction Handling: Process a variety of financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Record Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer issues and discrepancies swiftly and professionally.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize banking software and systems to execute transactions and manage accounts effectively.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- No prior financial service experience necessary.
- Basic math and computer skills required.
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- Cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
