Position Overview

TechTarget is seeking a Customer Success Manager – Sales Enablement who will be a key resource to onboard, train, and proactively drive product adoption with TechTarget’s Sales Quality Lead and Priority Engine customers. The primary function of this role is to work with our Priority Engine customers’ inside sales users to drive and uncover their success. The CSM:SE will be responsible for training inside sales users on best practices with the tools, leveraging our data to prove value, forging strong relationships with BDR managers, and influencing revenue growth through renewal and upsell opportunities.

Essential Job Functions

  • Primary post-sale point of contact for Qualified Sales Opportunities and Priority Engine sales use case customers (sales reps and sales directors).
  • Provide best practices and coaching to drive product adoption and maximize product value for customers.
  • Help TechTarget create effective sales training and relationship processes to drive renewal.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Sales Quality Lead and Priority Engine sales use case customers; ensuring the products are achieving each customer’s objectives.
  • Assist the customer in defining, capturing, documenting and sharing program success metrics.
  • Effectively using TechTarget’s purchase intent data to solve customer problems, drive usage and prove customer success.
  • Engage in consistent, proactive outreach with inside sales management to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate and strategize with all members of the Customer Success Team including TTGT Account Executives and TTGT Customer Success Managers to ensure adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and secure renewals.
  • Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and support greater adoption rates.
  • Provide clear and constructive product feedback to TTGT’s Product teams based on customer requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Required

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-5 plus years of inside sales, BDR or CSM experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency in using data in communication.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
