- Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
- Exhibit clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
- Contribute to the professional practice of nursing and showcase leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
- Perform RN duties as assigned.
- Responsible for maintaining a nurse/patient ratio of 1:5/1:6.
- Floating requirement to inpatient areas in designated medical centers, including surgical and emergency care units for boarded patients.
