Director of Finance

LHH has partnered with a Bellevue-based real estate organization in the search for a Director of Finance. Our client seeks a driven and strategic financial leader to join their high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong operational FP&A experience, exceptional interpersonal communication, and a passion for real estate. Location & Worksite:

• Bellevue, WA

Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct ARGUS projections, ad hoc analysis, and strategize around future revenue projections.
• Support financial analysis for new development projects and asset management activities.
• Develop long-range forecasts, models, and financial strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of documents for financing transactions and contribute to investment evaluations.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A.
• Prior experience in real estate finance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial details clearly.

Preferred:

• Experience in public accounting from a national firm (Big 4 or similar).
• Proficient in ARGUS and MRI.

• Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 + 25% annual bonus
