Insight Global is seeking a Human Resource Generalist for one of our clients who is in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processing, recruitment and staffing, benefits administration, compliance and risk management, and employee training and development. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.
The human resource generalist would support up to 200 employees. The role is remote but will require some travel to the areas of Chicago, Dallas, and New Jersey. To be successful in this role, the individual would have to have a strong understanding of HR duties, work without supervision, and be personable. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities include overseeing and managing the following:
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Including: payroll and benefits, recruiting and staffing, and labor and employee laws
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
Must Haves:
- 10 years of experience as HR generalist - Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations and used LMS, knowledge of payroll, onboarding, hiring, recruiting, FMLA
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter

Compensation:
$90k to $120k per year annual salary.
