Duties:
- Provide tax advice on structuring business and investment entities
- Advise on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
- Offer counsel on tax equity financing for renewable energy projects
- Handle tax-related aspects of debt and equity securities offerings
- Collaborate with clients to deliver strategic tax solutions
- Draft legal documents related to tax matters and transactions
- Conduct legal research on complex tax issues
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Washington Bar admission or eligibility to become admitted
- Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing skills
- Prior experience as a transactional tax attorney preferred
Education:
