Konica Minolta is seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Revenue Generation Marketing team. In this exciting position, you will own strategic planning and campaign execution to build a lead generation pipeline, improve conversion rates, and ultimately generate profitable revenue for our business!
You are a self-motivated, team-player, who balances strategic thinking with results-driven execution and is passionate about building and orchestrating integrated campaigns to drive customer and prospect engagement. You excel in collaborating across the organization and working with SMEs to distill our ideal customer profile, value proposition, and approach for each target audience, and you have a proven track record of designing and implementing highly successful demand generation initiatives with B2B audiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement highly impactful integrated marketing campaigns across various channels that drive lead generation and revenue growth to meet business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business unit leadership, sales, and other stakeholders.
- Research target markets, competitors, and industry trends; analyze customer behavior and trends, and identify growth opportunities
- Collect and utilize voice of customer and market insights to improve our understanding of the buyer's journey and to inform positioning, messaging, approach, and rapid growth strategies.
- Provide direction and contribute to content development, campaign flow automation and setup, and reporting requirements.
- Work with reporting teams to identify insights and quickly and adjust strategy based on data-driven analysis.
- Experiment with new channels, tactics, and messaging to continuously improve performance.
- Have a strong voice in communicating and asking questions internally and externally in order to improve our messaging, approach, and overall ability to successfully reach our target audience.
- Project manage deliverables with internal teams and external vendors, overseeing operational aspects of the campaign workflow including timelines and content development.
- Develop and manage the campaign budget based on initial objectives and ROI expectations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze program results, measure program success, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Effectively communicate the campaign strategy and results to senior management.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in high-tech B2B demand generation, campaign development and management
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Understanding of B2B marketing attribution and strong ability to utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnels, with a track record of building nurture campaigns across various stages of the buyer's journey.
- Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals, calculate ROI, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities on complex projects and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Ability to balance flexibility in adjusting to changing business priorities with the need to maintain focus on the big picture / longer-term goals.
- Proactive, innovative, and curious in finding new ways to market to target audiences; willing to take calculated risks and learn without fear of failure.
- Ability to build and deliver presentations and communicate with executive stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate multiple activities and to adapt to unexpected requests in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Other:
- Proficiency in leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google AdWords is preferred
