The EVP of National Security

will oversee all project management and business development activities for MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** 's DOD Business Unit.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Across multiple Federal Agencies and programs, provide oversight and leadership in all aspects of program management and execution to include adherence to contractual requirements and deliverables; act as the primary point of contact for all contract matters, and performance of personnel assigned as well as subcontractors.
  2. Leads/directs the development and execution of the strategy approach for the diverse programs (in compliance with the contract), its major time frames, and delivery of contractual deliverables and supporting work products.
  3. Monitors all program and related project/task executions, progress to plan, and production of major deliverables, intervening when necessary to review the current state and direct adjustments to plans and execution as needed.
  4. Identify performance gaps (operational, training, etc.); develop and implement repeatable, sustainable processes to increase operational efficiencies. Assure teams or departments operate in an integrative and collaborative fashion. Ensure staff is trained and able to assume selected roles various departments and teams (cross-training).
  5. Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  6. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; controlling costs.
  7. Establish, communicate and operate client capture processes that achieve desired retention and organic growth results.
  8. Drive Low Code account area awards to include winning new standard contracts, delivery orders and task orders.
  9. Manage large and complex pursuits in the role of capture manager from qualification to award to include leading capture strategy meetings, conducting gateways reviews and driving the process to closure.
  10. Lead teaming discussions on account area pursuits culminating in the successful execution of teaming agreements.
  11. Define and implement a comprehensive account plan and growth strategy for specific low code and other IT opportunities.
  12. Help refine solution offering and communication outreach plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Undergraduate degree.
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP, PfMP, or PgMP) certification.
  3. CSM.
  4. Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Strong IT background with a deep understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
  6. 10 years of management and supervisory experience leading teams composed of at least 40 personnel resources.
  7. Demonstrated experience managing multiple large contracts concurrently with over $15 million in annual revenue.
  8. Established track record of account growth success specifically within National Security/DOD.
  9. Demonstrated established customer relationships within Federal agencies.
  10. Strong leadership and success bringing people and teams together.
