Lead - Full Stack Developer (React/Springboot/SQL)

Location: Chicago, IL - Onsite

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
2. Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using React, Springboot, and SQL.
3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
4. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
5. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
6. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
3. Strong experience with React, Springboot, and SQL.
4. Experience with other front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Passion for building high-quality software solutions.
