About the role: As a member of the Goodwill Financial Insurance team, your primary objective will be to drive growth in our living benefits and life insurance book of business. To achieve this goal, you will utilize our proven insurance sales process and apply effective strategies on a daily basis. This will include reaching out to prospects who have previously expressed interest in our services, as well as actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our reach.
This role is specifically focused on life and living benefits insurance opportunities, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by successfully driving growth in this area. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills to help us achieve our goals and continue to provide the best possible service to our valued clients.
Responsiblities:
Proactively call clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance
Stay up to date on the latest life insurance products and industry trends to better serve clients
Collaborate with team members to achieve company and individual sales goals
What you will need:
Strong sales skills with an experience of tracking, developing, doing follow up and closing leads
Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication
Familiar with sales software; Knowledge in Infusionsoft is a plus.
Strong communication skills
Organizational skills and have a high attention to detail
Active P&C Producer Lic ense
Can speak SPANISH fluently
1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent in the insurance industry
