About the job Customer Administrator - Full Time or Part Time
A mid-sized consumer goods retail company in Clifton Park, New York has an immediate need for an energetic and motivated Customer Administrator. Weekend hours are required. Part-time candidates for weekends only will also be considered.
Pay is $18-$20 per hour.
As a Customer Administrator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Taking customer payments
- Running credit applications
- Scheduling deliveries and/or pickups
- Entering payments into excel, and other administrative related duties.
- High energy people person.
- Coachable, curious learner.
- Desire a work/life balance with a 40- hour retail work week.
- Attention to detail and a level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Available to work weekends, evenings and retail holidays.
