We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager, CRM and Database Marketing to lead our customer engagement efforts and improve the prospective student experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing automation strategies across multiple brands that leverage multiple channels to drive consumer engagement and loyalty.
This leader will deploy a comprehensive digital engagement strategy, leveraging marketing technology, designed to compliantly meet institutional objectives that are consistent with the mission and values of Adtalem Global Education. The Marketing Manager will work with a cross-functional team to deliver the best customer experience and ensure measurable positive impact on engagement, new enrollment growth, student success and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies across multiple brands to drive student engagement and loyalty, with a focus on improving the student experience within the healthcare space.
- Leverage email, text, paid media, and direct mail channels to reach students and improve the student experience.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including working closely with internal teams and external partners to set and manage expectations.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines and adhere to best practices for student data privacy and security.
- Analyze and interpret student behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement test-and-learn programs to continuously improve marketing automation efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, analytics, and creative teams, to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in marketing automation, and continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and approaches.

- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing automation role, with a Eloqua experience strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects across multiple brands.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation technologies, including email, text, paid media, and direct mail channels.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to set and manage expectations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret student behavior data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with a strong focus on student satisfaction.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Database Marketing Experience -5-7 years developing customer strategies, segmentation schemes and integrated marketing campaigns to improve performance within and across key funnel stages (e.g., awareness, consideration, remarketing, and conversion). Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, SFMC), and Salesforce CRM. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Passion for Digital - Strong, deep passion for everything digital and mobile. Highly analytical with a deep understanding of best practices for market testing and analysis; Possesses a thorough understanding of data architectural development methodology, process and data modeling, and web and call center technologies as they integrate with CRM solutions.

Additional InformationIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696 and $127,957. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
