Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). As an Outpatient Therapist, you will assess and treat patients through individual, family, and/or group therapy. Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload, documenting in accordance with regulatory standards, and being an integral member of the multidisciplinary team.
The prevailing candidate will have an LCSW or LCPC certification, along with two years of experience working with clinical multi-disciplinary teams and one year of experience in an outpatient setting, preferably MH/SA IOP.
