Anglicotech (AT) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Management Analyst to support Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). Marine Corps Base Hawaii provides forward-based, sustainable, and secure training and operational support, facilities, and services to enable operational forces to accomplish their mission. The S-4 Installations and Logistics Branch of MCBH delivers products and services that enhance readiness and resiliency at home, empowering Marines and Sailors abroad. The MCBH Maintenance Management Analyst will assist the MCBH Logistics Branch and provide the Commander with a comprehensive analysis of ground equipment maintenance and maintenance management functional areas to assess and comply with Marine Corps orders, directives, and Maintenance Management Standard Operating Procedures (MMSOP) / policies to improve control and management of all organic and intermediate maintenance programs and operations.


LOCATION

Primary place of performance is Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise and assist the MCBH Logistics Officer on all matters related to maintenance management analysis, policy development, and policy enforcement.
  • Analyze and evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of MCBH ground equipment maintenance and ground equipment readiness programs through semi-annual inspections of the MCBH maintenance commodities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of ground equipment maintenance processes and procedures and analyze reporting and maintenance readiness trends.
  • Conduct maintenance management training for uniformed and civilian personnel on maintenance policies and procedures. Provide on-the-job instruction, over-the-shoulder training, and best practice mentoring/coaching to facilitate effective ground equipment maintenance programs.
  • Determine opportunities to standardize, consolidate, and validate MCBH ground equipment maintenance and maintenance management policies and procedures and utilize all available resources to maximize command equipment readiness.
  • Collect data, analyze trends, form recommendations, and deliver reports to executive-level leadership in oral and written communication forms.
  • Assist in developing, coordinating, and monitoring the maintenance management programs within the MCBH MMSOP and applicable references to ensure that Marine Corps Orders, policies, and procedures are followed.
  • Provide recommendations for procedural and process improvements to achieve best compliance and readiness improvements for MCBH ground equipment.
  • Participate in required meetings, working groups, training events, and leadership briefings.
  • Provide on-site support for the daily tasks required by the maintenance management office.
  • Coordinate with adjacent staff sections and subordinate units on the material readiness of other MCBH assets that are not captured in GCSS-MC, e.g., DPAS, GME, construction equipment, etc.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • USMC maintenance management experience; prefer a minimum of eight (8) years in management and/or supervisory experience in Maintenance Management.
  • A minimum of two (2) years conducting Maintenance Management compliance inspections and analysis of other units.
  • Expert knowledge of USMC logistics/maintenance policies, directives, and transactional actions.
  • Thoroughly indoctrinated in GCSS-Marine Corps and other information systems required to execute maintenance/logistics transactions at the organic and intermediate maintenance levels.
  • Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with senior-level staff members at the MCBH and MCIPAC levels.
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Sharepoint).
