We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Senior Systems Administrator who can provide outstanding customer service and support. Someone who enjoys problem solving and creating new and innovative solutions. You will have the freedom to explore new hardware and technologies to lead the industry in security.
Our Senior Systems Administrator is expected to have the following qualities:
- 3+ years of experience with supporting IT infrastructure
- Experience with: Active Directory, Firewalls, Networking and domain controllers
- Back up/recovery experience
- Previous help desk support experience
- Experience with supporting Computing and network hardware
- Remote access using tools like RDP and LogMeIn
- Office 365 Administrator experience
- Managing a Team
Required technical proficiencies:
- Support, troubleshoot, and manage local servers remotely or onsite as needed.
- Install and configure Windows 10/11 and Windows Server on new deployments and install related NVR and remote access software as needed.
- This position will be responsible for providing outstanding end user customer support. Providing new user logins, password resets, assisting with applications and setup and remote troubleshooting connection issues.
- Install, configure and maintain IT systems and technologies.
- Create and maintain documentation and password/network information using software like SharePoint and password managers.
- Create, maintain and manage Office 365 users.
- Manage MFA/2FA.
- Consult and design network solutions including PtP, PtMP, WiFi, and hardwired.
- Installing and programming NVR and security camera recording software/solutions.
- Manage and install access control solutions.
- Have own basic tools for troubleshooting security cameras/hardware.
- Will be required to obtain a 06 Low Voltage trainee card once hired.
Manage IT assets through the entire systems lifecycle.
