POSITION PURPOSE:
The Digital Experience Data Analyst on our Marketing Intelligence team is tasked with being an enterprise resource and subject matter expert on analyzing the trends and performance of our digital experiences to drive business value. Through use of a diverse toolset, they will connect the impact of our digital experiences and marketing efforts on our business. Working with a global stakeholder group they will proactively analyze trends and the results of our efforts to aid the business in prioritization and optimization of our resources. They will conduct complex analyses and present and translate them in meaningful and actionable ways to varied audiences.
Core Responsibilities:
- Independently conducts advanced, complex statistical and quantitative analyses for assigned area. In partnership with business subject matter experts, leads development of advanced statistical modeling and quantitative analysis projects. Serves as a resource to less experienced team members in development of advanced methodologies and techniques.
- It is critical that this person has the technical ability to perform analysis, but subsequently be able to translate this into digestible, actionable insights for their business stakeholders.
- Validates and reviews results to ensure they address identified business needs. Reports results to senior leaders as needed.
- Prepares visualizations and delivers results to management and/or other leaders. In partnership with business subject matter experts, provides recommendations for addressing observed outcomes. Translates complex technical concepts and analyses to nontechnical audiences.
- Connects diverse data sets to understand multi-channel journeys and results.
Typical Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
Highly Preferred:
- Exceptional understanding of Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in Excel.
- Experience in B2B and B2C.
- Excellent in translating and presenting analytical outcomes to non-technical business partners.
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Highly organized and proficient at working independently to manage tight deadlines.
- An effective and collaborative approach to working with global partners and distributed teams.
- Proven experience and effectiveness in stakeholder management.
- Keen to identify and drive process improvement and scalability where and when necessary.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
- Experience in Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce, Customer Journey Analytics, Power BI.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
