HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations, encompassing employee relations, new hire orientation, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to bolster hiring and training efforts.
- Develop and refine hiring and orientation procedures.
- Manage and execute projects for the HR Director, ensuring timely completion amidst tight deadlines.
- Design and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team on a daily basis to shape HR strategies.
- Propel organizational advancement through focused employee development.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within HR.
- A Bachelor’s degree is highly regarded, particularly in Human Resources.
- Competence in navigating and contributing to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
