Work with Technical Managers / Leads to finalize the Project Plan Track Progress of the Project on a periodical basis and highlight risks and issues to the PM Should have exposure to ERP implementations on the Purchasing / Sourcing process Organize Project meetings and Minute the action items. Track and report progress on these action items Manage the client Doc repository in Sharepoint and keep track of documents Maintain Issue Tracker, Decision logs Provide periodical metrics report to client PM Work with resources for Holiday planning, Efforts tracking
