Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess resident therapy needs and establish customized treatment plans.
• Administer hands-on physical therapy focused on enhancing mobility, strength, and pain management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, resident-centered care.
• Document therapy progress, modifications, and observations promptly.
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic techniques and recovery goals.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and rehab aides.
